Reynaers Aluminiums Virtual Reality Room, AVALON, installed in the Reynaers Campus in Duffel, offers the ability to visit a building through a shared virtual reality experience.

Virtual reality has the power to change the way architects design and communicate projects before they are built. The users are instantly immersed in a 3D environment that gives an incredible sense of scale, depth and spatial awareness.

From the first model of a design concept to complex BIM projects, stakeholders can virtually visualize, evaluate and experience their project. Every detail and building component, including different Reynaers Aluminium systems, can be observed up close. This high-end projection-based Virtual Reality room, specifically configured for architectural applications, allows you to explain, understand and evaluate complex technical solutions in detail.

Active 3D glasses create a stereoscopic image and track your movements to allow you and other members of the project team to become immersed in a shared 3D, 1:1 scale experience of the project.
