Level unfinished materials boast incomparable levels of ductility, flatness and resistance.

Once again, it is a question of evoking a rock that calls Sicily home. It’s a formidable stone that comes from the deep heart of the earth, holding a strong symbolic value and perhaps for this reason is experiencing a moment of renewed popularity from designers and architects. The surface is opaque, refined and exclusive. Raku finds inspiration in the firing process of ancient Japanese pottery that values imperfection and a spontaneous, whispered and intimate beauty.
