Ebony doors, custom inlays, exclusive upholstery and bronze furnishings define the decidedly cosmopolitan character of this luxurious private residence developed on an entire floor of a dizzying Tel Aviv skyscraper. Imagined by the New York architectural studio Cicognani Kalla and immersed in a contemporary style, between limestone walls that create sculptural spaces and decorative plasters, its refined aesthetic stands out from the high-end elements that mark every ambiance. Elements made by Extravega's expertise, in an exquisite combination of high craftsmanship and latest generation technology to give life to the most sought after desires.

Luxury lies in the details, and the Extravega, founded in Paderno Dugnano by the enlightened entrepreneur Antonio Rillosi, has always stood out for its search for perfection in custom-made creations. A meticulous attention to detail that Extravega has carried out since its inception - in 1985 - pursuing a high manufacturing level combined with an avant-garde spirit and an eye to the future. The vision of its founder, the experience of its master craftsmen and the desire to expand worldwide has led Extravega to open its offices abroad, in key locations such as London, New York and Sydney.

"We still have a lot to do in the countries where we opened our offices - says Antonio Rillosi - and we need to be known more deeply for who we are. We know that there are other places in the world where Extravega could excel, among them Shanghai and Tokyo, and we have put them in our dream drawer... Ready for the next opening".

From manufacturing to experimenting new materials such as liquid metals, for example, Extravega's innovative approach stands out for its relentless and unstoppable research. One hundred and twenty collaborators scattered in different parts of the world and divided into different areas of expertise: main contractors for the complete realization of the works, bespoke projects and custom furnishings dedicated to exclusive projects... "Extravega is to all intents and purposes a huge laboratory for the development of the architect's ideas, equipped with the best technologies such as laser cutting, three-dimensional numerical control machining for metal, glass and wood, software for 3D modeling... The architect or interior designer finds in Extravega an "Aladdin's lamp" to realize their design desires."

A vision that can be perceived in the magnificence of the luxury private residence in Tel Aviv where every element is made to measure: from the kitchen area to the bathroom areas, from the individual furnishings to the precious doors to the entrance door. "This wonderful project was a perfectly successful puzzle in which the protagonists were a designer from New York - Cicognani Kalla - a client from Brazil and we from Extravega who acted as main contractor for the interiors, coordinating the construction company that managed the electrical and air conditioning systems for the entire project. Thanks to the three-dimensional survey of the spaces we replicated to the millimetre every corner of the large private residence was built, without possibility of error, each of the hundreds of details that went to furnish the rooms. "Dressing it" like this with real objects of art and architecture."

A project that led Extravega to develop new types of construction never experimented before, as Antonio Rillosi explains:

"In this project I remember with great pride and tenderness the construction of the bookcase that had been dreamed of from the beginning in hand-forged and hammered profiles. After some tests of finishing we decided to build it with our minds back in time, as if we were living in the eighteenth century, but instead of using normal wrought iron bars we fulfilled the customer's wish... realizing it in precious bronze, beating it by hand as it was done with tools in 600 B.C."

Detailed workmanship and chiseling of ancient memory mark out the different areas of the Tel Aviv mansion, such as the entrance cladding characterized by custom inlays and original details, imagined with a selection of the finest and most prestigious materials in the world.

"The property had purchased the entire floor of the new skyscraper and therefore had the possibility to rebuild its own elevator lobby, customizing it to be different than the other floors. For all the doors of the apartment, including the large entrance portal, precious Macassar ebony veneers worked with a glossy polyester finish were selected. All molded by hand."
