Long tradition in innovation

To welcome guests and spectators to big events, the renowned architects Foster + Partners from London designed a grandstand with a spectacular curved roof for the Hotel Kulm in St. Moritz. Blumer Lehmann was responsible for developing the technical details of the construction and the production of the wooden components.

Holiday villa

Bodrum, Turkey

For a significant sea-side villa in Bodrum, Turkey, we were tasked to build a sweeping roof construction. Together with Foster + Partners, we designed, engineered and built a support structure formed by visible beams made of beech, oak and spruce. Coordinating the planning with the architect in the UK and the client in Turkey was a demanding and fulfilling task.
