New In: The Latest Materials, Fixtures and Fittings

There are always new materials, fixtures and fittings being released. Here we highlight some of our favourites from the last few months

Coltrane Wall Lamp

Taking a novel approach to outdoor lighting, the Coltrane Wall Lamp from DelightFULL draws inspiration from jazz and mid-century modern aesthetics. Each lamp consists of a single tube and canopy, which can be paired with a second as required, with custom canopies available upon request. The wall sconce is made of iron, and is finished in matte black and gold powder paint.

Fintan Stove

A compact multi-fuel stove from Ludlow Stoves, Fintan is designed to suitable for installation in smoke-controlled areas that require CE approval. With DEFRA approval, the stove has a 4kw heat output, and an efficiency of 80.6%. It also features two detachable wings each side of the stove top to maximise space for cooking and comes with an air wash system to minimise the need for cleaning.

Wood Effect Nougat Flooring

A durable and easy to maintain option for residential projects, particularly in bathrooms and kitchens, this Wood Effect Nougat flooring from Indigenous is a porcelain tile. Part of a range of ten tiles in different nature tones, it is available in three different widths, with a length of 1500mm and a depth of 6mm.

Hildegard Door

Ideal for restoration projects, the Hildegard Door from Jack Badger is based on a 16th century door from Church Farm in Suffolk, the UK. Designed with a subtle, unostentatious aesthetic, the door is made using quarter saw oak and iron nails and is created with longevity in mind. It can be customised to meet the specific requirements of a project.

Caliente AF 290 Regal Select Eggshell

A firey paint option that has subtle earth tones that make it suitable for both historic and modern projects, the Caliente AF 290 Regal Select Eggshell paint from Benjamin Moore is designed to be highly durable. Developed with the company’s Gennex Colour Technology, it promises to hold its colour for years and is part of a wide range of bold and subtle hues.
