Key Features of the Stofix System

  • Suitable for renovation and new construction
  • In principle, any brick can be used - subject to testing
  • All panels are manufactured “off-site” and delivered pre-pointed and ready to install
  • A wide range of mortar colours available to suit any brick specification
  • The Stofix system on average weighs 45kg per SQM
  • Only 5% of the entire system requires on site pointing
  • It is fast to install, leading to reduced build programmes
  • The system can only be installed by a trained and certified installer, giving you peace of mind that your project will receive a warranty.

Stofix in practice: Keybridge

The transformation of the former BT telephone exchange – Keybridge House has been a tall challenge for Stofix and the installation team from Skonto Group. Due to space restrictions on site, it was decided very early within the project that unitisation was the right choice to allow for an accelerated installation whilst removing the need for scaffolding or access plant. The beautiful red brick façade of Keybridge will be a feature of Vauxhall’s skyline alongside Urbanest on Five Miles Street.

At thirty-seven floors – Keybridge will be the tallest brick slip clad building in UK.
